Design of mechanical installations

Our job is to understand the needs and constraints of the project and apply our experience to guide the team towards the most appropriate solution. In mechanical system designs we seek to balance comfort, cost, efficiency and aesthetics, not only in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, but also in plumbing and sanitation systems.

BIM/VDC

We use the intelligence of a database with geometric and non-geometric information, such as the BIM model, to optimise performance in each phase of the project, with the VDC method. Our experience allows us to bring change to the sector by combining our knowledge with on-site experience. Increasingly, we are streamlining design and assembly processes, reducing waste of building materials and promoting collaborative systems.

Our role during the execution and installation of the different systems designed, allows us to provide excellent guarantees to give way to the next phase in the life cycle of the building. The presence of our technicians on site. commissioning and and the issuing of the final construction certificates in accordance with our project specifications mark a turning point. Construction is completed and use begins.

Child Care Centre in Namibia

The main aim of the project is to achieve a domestic, soft and welcoming building; natural light, with visual depth and inviting spaces. The project was developed using a simple, Cartesian programme layout and structure. This courtyard connects the spaces, linking the different uses and articulating the routines of the building itself.

Moll de Gregal

In this project, the necessary constraints have been established for the execution of the common infrastructures (Core & Shell project) in the dining area of Muelle de Gregal, while assumptions are made about how the potential restaurants would operate in order to size the connections or spaces available for future use, providing the corresponding technical documentation for the facilities.

Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital

The purpose of the project is the extension of the surgical block of the Hermanos Trias i Pujol Hospital, located in the city of Badalona, at the foot of the Sierra de la Marina.

Residential Building in Barcelona

The project is based on the construction of an additional two storeys with 6 new high-end flats on top of an existing building.

Mare de Déu de la Mercè Hospital

The building is organized in two bands, with the classrooms on each side and a wide corridor in the middle where the extra educating activities are expected to happen. On the fourth floor it can be found, apart from the large gym room, a large terrace facing the courtyard where outdoor activities can be done.
