  • Sending promotional communications by electronic means and newsletters: Processing of your data in order to inform you about our services, offers, promotions and articles or content (newsletter, e-book), which may be of interest to you, by electronic means (e-mail).

Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of data is the consent of the persons concerned for the processing and management of any request for information or consultation on our professional services, as well as for the sending of commercial communications carried out by BIS.

How do we obtain your data?

BIS obtains your data from the following sources:

  1. The information you provide to us when you contract and maintain services with us, both directly and indirectly.

For how long do we keep your data?
