The property, designed by BCA Arquitectura , is located at 101 Pamplona Street, and has 4,500 square meters built, distributed over two basements and seven above-ground floors, destined for parking and offices, respectively.
On this occasion bis has been responsible for the design of the post-tensioned and lightweight concrete structure with spans of 13m, as well as the subsequent supervision on site. We are very proud to have completed the structural construction phase and to continue promoting the real estate development of the technological district of #22@ in Barcelona.
