Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an architect or engineer to join our Barcelona offices who is interested in developing his/her professional career in building structures consultancy. As support the drafting of projects. Depending on your experience, you will collaborate in the new construction or renovation team.
Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for the projects in which you are involved, both from a technical and planning perspective. You will also manage the different members of the team involved.
Minimum experience: more than 6 years
Essential Skills:
- Intermediate or higher level technical studies. A master's degree in structural engineering would be an asset.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of 6 years or more as a structural consultant in the drafting of executive projects in different structural typologies.
- Experience in the construction phase of structures.
- Proficiency with CYPE, ROBOT, TRICALC, WINEVA, AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Highly organised, responsible, motivated and flexible.
Knowledge of ADAPT, IDEA or ETABS is an asset.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an architect or engineer to join our Barcelona un/a BIM Manager.
Te encargarás de consolidar la implantación, de impulsar y de dirigir el desarrollo BIM de los proyectos en las áreas de Estructuras, Instalaciones, Arquitectura y Sostenibilidad realizando las siguientes funciones:
- Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias BIM y planes de ejecución en toda la organización.
- Establecer y aplicar normas, protocolos y flujos de trabajo BIM.
- Coordinar el proceso de modelado de los proyectos mediante metodología BIM.
- Impulsar el desarrollo y la implementación de nuevas funcionalidades en entorno BIM.
- Generar y realizar el mantenimiento de los documentos, protocolos, rutinas y guías.
- Recopilar datos para la estandarización BIM de elementos.
- Coordinar y homogeneizar modelos BIM entre equipos de trabajo.
- Concretar el alcance del proyecto y asistir a reuniones de coordinación general.
- Controlar la calidad del proyecto y realizar informes de seguimiento.
- Facilitar la formación BIM y el desarrollo profesional del personal.
- Mantenerte al día de las últimas tecnologías BIM y tendencias del sector e implementarlas en la organización.
- Preparar ofertas de ingeniería relacionadas con el entorno BIM.
¿A quién buscamos?
- Formación en Ingeniería Técnica, Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica o similares
- Se valorará acreditar un Máster en BIM con experiencia en manejo de Revit o softwares similares
- Experiencia y conocimientos demostrables entre 2 y 6 años en un rol similar de gestión BIM
- Capacidad de autonomía en la coordinación BIM de proyectos
- Dominio de sofware: REVIT, Autocad, Grasshopper
- Dominio de software y plataformas de coordinación y gestión de IFC: NAVISWORKS, BIMcollab, BIMvision, etc.
- Dominio de entornos de programación: Dynamo, Python
- Persona organizada, responsable, motivada y eficiente
- Habilidades de gestión y liderazgo
