Viviendas protegidas en El Prat

The project consists of a residential and social complex of 74 subsidized and allocated housing units, along with an administrative facility and parking, located in the Eixample Sud area of El Prat de Llobregat. The development includes one basement level with parking, a ground floor with administrative space, and three typical floors housing the 74 dwellings.

Hospital universitari Germans Trias i Pujol

The purpose of the project is the extension of the surgical block of the Hermanos Trias i Pujol Hospital, located in the city of Badalona, at the foot of the Sierra de la Marina.

Moll de Gregal

In this project, the necessary constraints have been established for the execution of the common infrastructures (Core & Shell project) in the dining area of Muelle de Gregal, while assumptions are made about how the potential restaurants would operate in order to size the connections or spaces available for future use, providing the corresponding technical documentation for the facilities.

Mare de Déu de la Mercè hospital

The building is organized in two bands, with the classrooms on each side and a wide corridor in the middle where the extra educating activities are expected to happen. On the fourth floor it can be found, apart from the large gym room, a large terrace facing the courtyard where outdoor activities can be done.

Easy Hotel

The project consists in the design of a new building for the first EASY HOTEL in Spain, located in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona). The building has an L shape in plan with the facade to the “Gran Via” avenue. Part of the bulding has 9 floors while the other part has 4 floors. In addition, it has a basement floor for parking in the whole plot.
