Description
The Llacuna 22@ office project, strategically located in the innovative 22@ district of Barcelona, represents a remarkable example of modern and sustainable architecture. Developed by BCA Arquitectos Asociados and promoted by Colonial, this project covers a total area of 47,000 m² and a cost of €29,440,000.
The project site is delimited by the streets Pallars, Llacuna, Pujades, and Rambla del Poblenou, an emblematic area in the midst of technological and business development in Barcelona. Given the magnitude of the building, various expansion joints were implemented to divide the structure into three distinct blocks.
Block A
- Consists of three basement floors, ground floor, and five upper floors
- The surface area of the three basement floors is approximately 4,532 m², while the above-ground surface extends up to the fifth floor. The sixth to ninth floors have smaller surfaces.
