Description
The project is based on the construction of an additional two storeys with 6 new high-end flats on top of an existing building.
El proyecto se basa en la construcción de una remonta de dos plantas, con 6 viviendas nuevas de alto standing, en un edificio existente.
La finca consta de planta baja y 4 plantas piso (principal, primera, segunda y tercera) con fachada a calle y en el interior de manzana. La planta baja dispone de tres locales comerciales con acceso independiente. El acceso al vestíbulo del edificio y el núcleo de comunicaciones vertical (escalera y ascensor) se realiza por un acceso en la fachada de la Plaza Universitat. Las plantas actuales disponen de dos viviendas por rellano.
