Amparo holds a degree in Building Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). Specialised in the design, calculation and construction management of architectural structures, as well as in the diagnosis and restoration of buildings of different uses, she has more than 16 years of professional experience in the field of structural consultancy in building.
As team leader of Bis structures she has managed more than 200 projects in all areas of building for both the public administration and the private market. Her career as a restoration project manager has allowed her to lead projects and manage works on heritage buildings, both nationally and internationally.
Internationally, she has led and carried out projects in Angola and Algeria, and technical inspections of buildings in Paris, London and Venice.
Collaborator as a regular teacher of the course "Calculation of Structures in Restoration" in the class "Ceramic slabs and laps" of the Sert School of the Architects' Association of Catalonia (COAC) and in the "Postgraduate course in Restoration" of the Sert School of Barcelona.
She is also currently responsible for the production area of Bis and is a permanent member of the company's production committee and management committee.
